Summer Camp Participation Terms & Policies
Raise Leaders Ninja Summer Camp
1. Program Overview
Raise Leaders Ninja Summer Camp is a structured, high-energy program that includes physical activities such as martial arts, obstacle courses, parkour, games, outdoor play, and off-site field trips.
This program is designed for children who are able to safely participate in group activities without one-on-one assistance.
2. Registration & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your child’s spot.
The deposit secures your child’s place in camp
The deposit is not applied toward tuition and is non-transferable
Remaining balances must be paid according to your selected schedule
Spots are limited and held based on completed registration and payment
All payments are non-refundable.
Missed days, schedule changes, or early withdrawals do not qualify for refunds or credits.
3. Attendance & Scheduling
Campers must be registered for specific weeks in advance.
While we will do our best to accommodate changes, week transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
4. Behavior & Participation Policy
Raise Leaders maintains a structured, positive environment focused on respect, discipline, and safety.
All campers are expected to:
Follow instructor directions
Participate appropriately in group activities
Treat staff and other campers with respect
If a camper is unable to participate safely or disrupts the environment:
A parent or guardian will be contacted
The camper may be removed from the program
No refunds will be issued if a camper is dismissed due to behavior.
5. Health & Medical Information
Parents or guardians must disclose any relevant:
Medical conditions
Allergies
Behavioral considerations
Raise Leaders staff are trained in basic first aid; however, this is not a medical or therapeutic facility.
Campers must be able to participate independently and follow instructions in a group setting.
6. Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Raise Leaders staff to obtain medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached.
I understand that all medical expenses are my responsibility.
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
I understand that participation in this program involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Falls
Collisions
Physical exertion
Injury
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
I release and hold harmless Raise Leaders, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation.
8. Transportation & Field Trip Permission
I give permission for my child to:
Participate in off-site field trips
Be transported to and from activities by Raise Leaders staff
Transportation may include walking, staff-supervised transport, or other arranged travel.
All reasonable safety precautions will be taken.
9. Photo & Media Release
I grant permission for Raise Leaders to use photos or videos of my child for:
Marketing
Social media
Promotional materials
No identifying personal information will be shared without consent.
10. Pick-Up Authorization
Only individuals listed as authorized pickup contacts may pick up a child.
A valid ID may be required at pick-up.
11. Late Pick-Up Policy
Camp ends at 6:00 PM.
To ensure proper staffing and supervision, a late pick-up fee will apply for any child not picked up by this time.
$15 will be charged for every 15 minutes past 6:00 PM
Late fees must be paid promptly
We understand that occasional delays happen. If you anticipate being late, please communicate with us as soon as possible.
Consistent late pick-ups may result in removal from the program.
12. Program Expectations
Raise Leaders is not a one-on-one care facility.
This program is designed for children who can:
Participate in group activities
Follow instruction
Engage safely in a structured environment
13. Agreement
By registering, I acknowledge that:
I have read and understand these terms and policies
I agree to all participation requirements
I understand this is a physical activity-based program
