Daily Ninja Training

Every Day Camp includes structured training and movement-based activities:

  • Martial arts fundamentals and skill development

  • Parkour-style obstacle courses and agility challenges

  • Acrobatics, balance, and coordination training

  • Board breaking and confidence drills

  • Instructor-led coaching and encouragement

Designed to keep kids moving, learning, and building confidence all day long.

Weather permitting, campers enjoy outdoor lunch and movement time:

Daily Schedule


We offer flexible hours to make day camps easy for families while giving kids a full day of structured activity and fun.

Drop-off: 7:30–10:30 AM
Pick-up: 4:30–6:00 PM

Campers may arrive anytime during the drop-off window. Training and activities begin once the full group is settled and ready for the day.

Camper Daily Checklist

Please send your camper with:

  • Ninja Camp shirt (worn daily)

  • Packed lunch (we eat outdoors when weather allows)

  • Snacks for extra energy

  • Water bottle

  • Optional spending money (for select field trips)

Important Reminder
Please review the Field Trip Schedule so your child comes prepared. Some adventure days may require:

  • Warm layers

  • Closed-toe shoes

  • Extra outdoor gear

We’ll always communicate ahead of time, but checking the schedule helps ensure your ninja stays comfortable and ready for anything.
