You can register online at any time using our quick and easy registration form. After you register, a member of our team will contact you to confirm details, answer any questions, and help you prepare for your child’s first day.

Absolutely! Our program is beginner-friendly and designed for all experience levels.

Students are guided step-by-step in a positive, encouraging environment. No prior training is needed—just a willingness to learn and have fun.

Yes! We offer both studio tours and trial classes.

Studio Tours:
Tours are available Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM.

Trial Classes:
Trial classes are available by appointment:

• Ages 5–7: Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:30 PM

• Ages 8–12: Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:15 PM

To ensure a safe and positive experience for all students, participants must be able to:

• Be fully potty trained (no pull-ups or diapers)

• Follow staff directions and participate in group activities

• Change clothes independently

• Follow parent instructions regarding snacks and personal restrictions

• Participate in all scheduled activities

Students should be able to manage basic self-care such as belongings, transitions, and group rules. If you are unsure whether your child is ready, please contact us before registering.

Our program is active and group-based. To maintain a safe environment:

• Students must be able to participate without one-on-one supervision

• We are not equipped to provide specialized medical or behavioral care

• Staff are trained in CPR and First Aid, but we are not a medical facility

• All medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral diagnoses must be fully disclosed on the registration form

Please contact us in advance if you have questions about whether our program is the right fit for your child. Our goal is for every student to thrive.

Please bring:

• Ninja shirt and training pants

• Snack

• Any required medications (must be given directly to staff at check-in)

• Please label all belongings with your child’s name.

Please list all allergies clearly on your registration form and notify the after-school director directly. Staff will monitor students with known allergies during snack time. Parents are responsible for providing allergy-safe snacks.

We use curbside pick-up for safety and efficiency.

• Please text us when you arrive or are on your way

• A staff member will bring your child to your vehicle

• Anyone picking up must be listed on the registration form and show valid ID

Please call or text the after-school director by 10:00 AM if your child will be absent. This allows us to notify staff and transportation and adjust our daily schedule accordingly.

After-school ends promptly at 6:00 PM. Late pick-up fees apply:

• 6:01–6:15 PM: $15

• 6:16–6:30 PM: $30

• Fees continue every additional 15 minutes

Please arrive on time whenever possible. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible.

You may register at any time, but space is limited and the program often fills quickly. We recommend registering as early as possible. If the program is full, your child will be placed on a waiting list and contacted when a spot becomes available.

We do not accept ELC and are unable to offer tuition discounts. As a private program with limited enrollment, tuition remains the same for all families.
