YOUTH MARTIAL ARTS
DISCIPLINE | RESPECT | SELF-CONTROL
LITTLE TIGERS (AGES 3-6)
This 30-minute class offered twice a week is the perfect introduction to martial arts for kids ages 3-5. Our Tigers class is designed for the energy levels and (short) attention spans of this adorable and challenging age group.
Each class offers a variety of games and activities that allow students to build skills such as: Listening and following instructions, physical endurance, emotional independence and perseverance.
YOUTH BEGINNERS (AGES 7-11)
Beginner classes are 45-minutes and include beginner forms, endurance drills, sparring, and team exercises. Students learn the building blocks they will need for more advanced training later. But they also learn how much fun training can be, with challenges, games and some friendly competition.
Self-defense, self-discipline and athletic development are core components of the youth training program.
YOUTH ADVANCED (7-11)
Youth advanced classes are 60-minutes long and focus on practical application and self-defense.
